Evil Genius
They say that an army marches on its stomach and the same is true of your minions. Without sustenance their endurance will drop and they will keel over. The Mess Hall allows you to build counters to provide food that will keep your evil forces fighting fit. A Time Clock is useful to control room staffing more precisely. Minions will gather in the mess hall during lunchtime, so it is a good idea to take advantage of the minion congregation by equipping it with a Security Loudspeaker to broadcast intruder alerts.
Mess Halls are generally favored during the daytime, while the Barracks are used at night. The mess hall is a low-heat room and is therefore good to place near your base entrance(s).
