Evil Genius

When an agent or tourist is killed, they are automatically turned into body bags. Body bags have an area of effect that drains the loyalty and attention of any minions in the vicinity. They are also evidence of your wrongdoing, and if an investigative agent should stumble upon a body bag, they will gain Heat. If a Freezer has been built, body bags will automatically be carried there, where their area of effect will be cancelled. If there is no freezer, body bags will remain where they lie unless you order them to be moved elsewhere.

Body bags decay over time and will eventually disappear. Left out in the open, a body bag will disappear after 16 minutes and 40 seconds. Stored in a freezer, a body bag takes twice as long to decay, disappearing after 33 minutes and 20 seconds. Depending on how long it takes for a body bag to be transported to a freezer and thus the amount of time it spends in the open vs in a freezer, the actual time to disappearance will vary somewhere between these numbers.
