Abilities: Shortens the duration of Acts of Infamy. Boosts the information level in the region.
Technicians are the lowest level science minions, and the handymen of the lair. Whenever something mechanical goes wrong in the base, technicians will automatically go to repair it. Most damage is a result of sabotage, but generators will sustain damage naturally if they are operating to close to maximum capacity (indicated by the power indicator in the main UI turning yellow). Agents will bypass door security if they are skillful enough, and if they succeed the door is rendered temporarily inactive, allowing anyone to wander in. Technicians will repair broken doors to working order.
